HUGE (very large) Letters in foam

Big foam letters can make a wonderful impression during a special event, in decorating a retail area, or for super cool photo shoots. The letters are custom cut in high density polystyrene letters. These very large foam letters are relatively lightweight and have moisture and mildew resistant properties, even when unpainted. The VLL's (Very Large Letters) are perfect for exhibits, events, trade shows, stage, weddings, anniversaries, gatherings and many other uses, and can be finished further with a painted color, a flattened bottom for standing and special thicknesses up to 30" thick. You may finish the letters yourself with an acrylic paint. Some solvents found in spray paint and hard-coated enamel paints will dissolve the foam material. Concrete letter casting basics

This is a beginner's guide to the basics of casting concrete   For specific details, search online for how to create concrete casting forms. To cast concrete with lettering and a logo if desired, you need a form, concrete and letters. The form can be on a flat surface, into which you can pour your concrete, or the form can be erect with a bottom, sides, a front and a back. Be sure to mix sufficient smooth concrete so that a spill or leak won't scuttle your casting pour. Stir and poke the concrete to reduce incidence of air pockets.
