What is large-order fulfillment?
Large-order fulfillment is where your agency or representative agent contracts for the manufacture, assembly and finishing, packaging and bulk delivery to a fulfillment house for redistribution at an agreed-upon cost.

Which products are eligible for large-order fulfillment?
Among the eligible products for large-quantity orders are stock or custom-specification lighted signs, such as marquee signs for presentation areas or special venues, lighted portable signs, LED signage and the like; for long-lasting outdoor architectural signs, for National Parks Service wayfinding and landmark identification, fired porcelain enamel signs for train stations and buildings; Portable and field unit headquarters HQ signage in metal, plastic or fabric as  required; Stands, Barriers, Portable Displays and other civilian guide assemblies; printed banners in retractable or outdoor display stands; Magnetic Letters and Boards, printed signage of all kinds and much more.

For a clearer understanding of what may be produced in large quantity, just ask. Contact information below.

What's an example of a recent large-quantity order?
A fulfillment agency contacted us with a request for 36" x 12" two-sided lightboxes with plastic on both sides. Lightboxes are lighted metal cabinets with interior illumination for informational and advertising purposes. The lightboxes had to be double sided for hanging in a display that would be viewed from both sides. The budget was set and a very short deadline was available of four weeks for 1,236 units, FOB customer dock. LetterBank Staff worked tirelessly with the production managers and the project coordinator at their NY plant and determined that the job could be produced on time with adding another shift and a half and contracting three full-load tractor trailers for delivery. Although the quantity was increased a week after the order was scheduled, we were able to add shifts to keep to the scheduled deadline. The project was completed within the budgeted time and costs.

Do you ship overseas?
LetterBank can arrange for dockside delivery, and the contractee agent arranges for shipping FOB closest port.
